I don't know what's been going on with me lately...but I've been so damn tired. Most of the time I've always been able to stay up past 11 o'clock and watch television or do computer.
These days I make sure that I'm tucked into bed by 10:00 and most of the time it's even before that.
Maybe this is what being middle aged is all about.
