When I was Executive Director I constantly looked for good people to be part of my team. The one thing that happened when I started the position was that I decided to Change Management.
The people that were managers before ended up moving on because they didn't want to be accountable for their actions and some didn't want to work hard and be part of the new team.
I wish I would have known of the services of Knickerbocker & Stevens. They offer management consulting for businesses with a psychological approach too.
It takes constant work to make a good team the best team. But when everyone's on board it's amazing and you can really make a difference!
